Reinstatement

On some occasions, companies that were dissolved administratively, it means, by the state, decide to resume operations by reactivating the company.

This term of reinstatement is also known as restitution or reactivation of a company, and it's a process carried out at the Secretary of State.

• The dissolution of the company that will be reactivated should have been administratively and not voluntarily.
• The Reinstatement must be done during the period stipulated by each state.
• All the obligations, penalties and state interests must be already paid by the company.

The process to reactivate your company is very simple:
